This is a very fine Queen Anne, screw-off barrel pistol marked "Wilson" on the underside of its barrel and "London" on its top. It is silver mounted with Military Motif on the side-plate and grotesque mask on the butt-plate. Silver, military style thumb-piece. The barrel is 6 & 3/4" and the gun is 12" over-all. This gun is in very fine condition to include all markings, edges, action and beautiful wood. Wilson was active from 1718 - 1766. Certainly a gun that could have been used in the French & Indian Wars as well as our Revolution.
