This is a good example of a Colt 1860 Army Revolver. It shows a trace of cylinder scene, has fairly good edges, markings and action and is in an untouched medium brown patina. The grips are original but have been cleaned and slightly sanded which has all but eliminated the inspector cartouches. The lever screw was obviously broken at one time and replaced with a small rod to facilitate proper function and should be replaced, easily done. Priced accordingly for a collector that wants a good example but doesn't want to pay several thousands of dollars for the privilege. A very good looking and honest gun for the price.
