This is an extremely fine condition Augusta Machine Works Revolver that is so nice it gives chills. It actually has about 15 % original fire blue on the barrel, mostly in protected areas and so thin a strong wind could blow it off. That's original blue, not some faked garbage that you see on many Confederate guns that the so-called Guru's claim is original. This gun shows almost no use and its original finish is blending with an absolutely untouched brown patina that is gorgeous. The grips, action, edges and markings are near perfect. You can find its brother in one of the included photos, a 12-stop that is rare as all get-out and also has a trace of color. You can find that one elsewhere on this website. I will consider trades on either of these guns. I'm looking for a few high condition Colt Percussions, cased and/or engraved.
